Kudo Noriko (くどうのりこ)

Born in Kanagawa Prefecture in 1970, she graduated from Joshibi University of Fine Arts. She is currently a picture book writer and manga artist. Her major works include the "Wild Cat Army" series (Taiwan Oriental Publishing House); the "Chicken," "Little Penguin," and "Little Hugh and Walter" series; "Pirate Ship" (Xiaolu Culture); "What is Winter Like?"; "Letters," "King of the Jungle," and the manga "The Stray Working Dog, Woof!".

Huang Huiqi

Graduated from a music school in Tokyo, majoring in computer arrangement, he worked as a manager for Japanese songwriters in Taiwan after returning to Taiwan. Trained as a professional Japanese language teacher, he discovered picture books through his children and, upon discovering their beauty, fell in love with them. He has dedicated his life to promoting picture book reading. Currently a volunteer at the Children's Literature Society of the Republic of China and a Japanese picture book instructor, he has founded a picture book sharing group to connect with fellow Japanese picture book enthusiasts.
