Please contact us via email or contact page within 7 days of receiving the product, and attach the order number and relevant photos so that we can assist you as soon as possible.

No returns or exchanges are accepted

  • Request a return or exchange due to personal preference (e.g., content not meeting expectations, duplicate purchase).
  • The product has been obviously used, looked through, damaged, unpacked, or is missing accessories.
  • Special offer items, pre-order items, free gifts, or items marked "no returns or exchanges" on the website.

Return and Exchange Instructions

  • After confirming that the return conditions are met, we will provide a replacement or refund.
  • If you need to return an item, please ensure that the item is packed intact and include the order information.
  • If the problem is with the product itself or it is our fault, the return postage will be borne by our company; otherwise, the return postage will be borne by the buyer.
