Following Lin Weidi, Chen Guanting also joined the ranks of writers, transforming the miserable and helpless life into a joke that amused everyone.

The two young men's experience of "ginseng" is unique and wonderful in their own way!

Lin Weidi

Born in Penang, Malaysia, he holds multiple roles: doctor, publisher, bookstore director, magazine editor-in-chief, and writer.

He has written collections of essays including "Before the First Book", "Arrogant", "Nothing to Do" (You Ren Publishing House), "So" (Taiwan Xiu Wei Publishing House), "Between Two Doctors" (co-authored with Wu Meiyun), "Real Doctor, Fake Literary Youth", and "Big Writer, Young Fresh Meat" (Dajiang Publishing House); and collections of short stories including "The Disappearance of Your and My Country" and "Forest and Grass" (San San Publishing House).

Chen Guanting

Born in 1984, during Taiwan's economic miracle, I grew up in a Taiwanese family steeped in education. After studying counseling and education and teaching for two years, I embarked on a life of entrepreneurship, driven by the dream of opening a school where everyone can find their place.

I've been told I look like Hong Kong artists Alex Fong and Ronald Cheng, or Taiwanese artist Natto. In short: not handsome. Believing in the famous line from the movie "Jurassic Park," "Life always finds a way," I live with an innate, hopeless optimism and comedic humor. After consuming the bitter "ginseng," I find a sweet, self-deprecating humor.
