Monsoon Belt (Issue 8)

Starting with issue 8 of Monsoon Belt, Zhang Yongxiu has been the editor-in-chief. This issue's special feature, "Literary Magazine Observations," features contributions from Huang Qiwang (Assistant Professor of Chinese Language and Literature at Southern University College), Chen Ziqian (Hong Kong poet and critic), Ye Fuyan (graduate student in Chinese Language and Literature at National Chi Nan University), Niu You Xiaosheng (Singaporean journalist and writer), and Gong Wanhui (Malaysian Chinese writer and painter). The focus is on exploring the content and styles of magazines from different eras and regions across Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, broadening readers' literary horizons.
