Through An Huanran's years of fieldwork, readers can observe traces of ethnic change, cultural integration, and the rupture of memory, while also considering the relationship between "cultural margins" and "mainstream narratives."

In this new book sharing, Mr. An Huanran will share his historical enlightenment, field experience and writing perspectives, and talk about how he understands the situation of Chinese people in a multicultural environment from his food memories and daily life details.
