Entering the Creation Site of "Wandering Practice": A Creative Conversation between the Writer and the Illustrator

"The Practice of Walking" is a book about dialogue—dialogue with oneself and with others. This sharing continues the context of the book, launching another dialogue: writers will share the process and memories behind writing, and the relationship between images and text in their prose collections; illustrators will share how images respond to text and how text condenses visual imagery.

We sincerely invite you to return to the scene where the author and illustrator began their creative journey, to see how the writer grew through words and how the illustrator transformed lines into images. Their respective creative journeys meet and echo in "The Practice of Wandering," like two paths interweaving to form a guide map that connects readers to their lives.
